Ingredients
- 80 g (½ cup) steel-cut oats
- 1 small apple (160 g), diced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 20 g walnut halves
- 1 tbsp (16 g) almond butter
Method
- Bring 500 ml water to a boil. Add oats and cinnamon.
- Lower to a simmer; cook 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in diced apple and walnuts in the last 5 minutes.
- Top each bowl with a swirl of almond butter.
