Ingredients
- 280 g sirloin, sliced thin
- 300 g broccoli florets
- 120 g red pepper, strips
- 300 g cooked brown rice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1½ tsp sesame oil
Method
- Whisk soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic and 2 tbsp water.
- Heat sesame oil in a wok over high.
- Sear beef strips 2 min; remove.
- Stir-fry broccoli and pepper 3 min. Add sauce; return beef. Cook 1 minute.
- Serve over brown rice.
