Ingredients
- 1 can (320 g) black beans
- 300 g cooked brown rice
- 120 g corn kernels
- 120 g salsa
- 1 small avocado, diced
- juice of 1 lime
- ¾ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp chili powder
- cilantro to garnish
Method
- Warm black beans with cumin, chili powder and a pinch of salt.
- Build two bowls: rice, beans, corn, salsa, avocado, cilantro.
- Squeeze lime over.
