Ingredients
- 240 g cooked salmon, flaked
- 300 g cooked brown rice
- 200 g cucumber, ribboned
- 120 g edamame
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Method
- Divide rice between two bowls.
- Top with flaked salmon, cucumber ribbons and edamame.
- Whisk soy sauce, ginger and a few drops of sesame oil; spoon over.
