Ingredients
- 300 g cooked chicken (from ~360 g raw)
- 150 g red pepper, chunks
- 150 g yellow pepper, chunks
- 120 g onion, chunks
- 200 g zucchini, rounds
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- juice of ½ lemon
- 2 cloves garlic
- ¾ tsp oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1.5 g salt
Method
- Marinate chicken in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika and salt 15 min.
- Thread chicken, peppers, onion and zucchini onto skewers.
- Grill or pan-roast at 220 °C for 10–12 min, turning halfway.
