Ingredients
- 150 g cooked quinoa
- 150 ml almond milk
- 1 small apple, diced
- 15 g walnuts
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- ¾ tsp cinnamon
Method
- In a small saucepan, simmer dry quinoa in almond milk with cinnamon for 15 minutes.
- Stir in diced apple and a teaspoon of maple syrup.
- Top with walnuts and a sprinkle more cinnamon.
