Classic Oatmeal with Banana & Almond Butter

Ingredients

  • 40 g (~½ cup) rolled oats
  • ½ banana (80 g), sliced
  • 1 tbsp (16 g) almond butter
  • 200 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • pinch of cinnamon

Method

  1. Combine oats with 200 ml water (or milk) in a small saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring, 4–5 min until creamy.
  3. Top with sliced banana, almond butter and a pinch of cinnamon.
