Ingredients
- 150 g (~⅔ cup) low-fat cottage cheese
- 50 g raspberries
- 50 g blackberries
- 1 tsp (4 g) chia seeds
- ½ tsp (3 g) honey (optional)
Method
- Spoon cottage cheese into a bowl.
- Top with raspberries, blackberries and a sprinkle of chia seeds.
- Add a tiny drizzle of honey if you want a touch of sweetness.
