Ingredients

  • 150 g (~⅔ cup) low-fat cottage cheese
  • 50 g raspberries
  • 50 g blackberries
  • 1 tsp (4 g) chia seeds
  • ½ tsp (3 g) honey (optional)

Method

  1. Spoon cottage cheese into a bowl.
  2. Top with raspberries, blackberries and a sprinkle of chia seeds.
  3. Add a tiny drizzle of honey if you want a touch of sweetness.
