Ingredients
- 150 g low-fat cottage cheese
- 40 g rolled oats
- 1 large egg
- 1 egg white
- 50 ml almond milk
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 50 g blueberries
- 2 tsp (10 g) maple syrup
Method
- Blend cottage cheese, oats, eggs, milk and cinnamon until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium. Spoon in 3 small pancakes.
- Cook 2 min per side until golden.
- Serve with berries and a drizzle of maple syrup.
