Ingredients
- 170 g (~¾ cup) low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 peach (120 g), sliced
- 12 g (~10) almonds, chopped
- 1 tsp (7 g) honey
Method
- Spoon the cottage cheese into a bowl.
- Top with the sliced peach and the chopped almonds.
- Drizzle with honey and eat right away.
