Ingredients
- 400 g Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 80 g raspberries
- 80 g blueberries
- 20 g dark chocolate, shaved
Method
- Stir honey into yogurt; spread on a parchment-lined tray, ~1 cm thick.
- Scatter raspberries, blueberries and shaved dark chocolate over.
- Freeze 3 hours; break into shards.
