Ingredients
- 240 g cooked chicken breast, sliced
- 200 g romaine, chopped
- 150 g cucumber, sliced
- 150 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 40 g red onion, sliced
- 40 g black olives
- 60 g feta, crumbled
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp balsamic
- ¾ tsp oregano
- 1 g salt
Method
- Season chicken with oregano, salt and pepper. Grill 5 min per side. Slice.
- Toss romaine, cucumber, tomato, onion and olives with vinegar and olive oil.
- Top with chicken and feta.
