Ingredients
- 200 g plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 60 g (~½ cup) blueberries
- 60 g (~½ cup) strawberries, sliced
- 1 tbsp (8 g) chia seeds
- 10 g (~8) almonds, chopped
- 1 tsp (7 g) honey
Method
- Add yogurt to a bowl.
- Top with berries, chia seeds, almonds and honey.
- Eat right away.
