Ingredients

  • 200 g plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 60 g (~½ cup) blueberries
  • 60 g (~½ cup) strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tbsp (8 g) chia seeds
  • 10 g (~8) almonds, chopped
  • 1 tsp (7 g) honey

Method

  1. Add yogurt to a bowl.
  2. Top with berries, chia seeds, almonds and honey.
  3. Eat right away.
