Greek Yogurt & Homemade Granola Parfait

Layered Greek yogurt with toasted oat-and-almond granola and fresh berries.

Ingredients

  • 200 g Greek yogurt
  • 25 g rolled oats
  • 10 g sliced almonds
  • 1 tsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp (7 g) honey
  • 50 g blueberries
  • 50 g strawberries, sliced

Method

  1. Toast oats, almonds, sunflower seeds and honey on a tray at 180 °C for 8 min, stirring once.
  2. Cool slightly.
  3. In a glass, layer yogurt, granola and berries; repeat.
