Ingredients
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 25 g rolled oats
- 10 g sliced almonds
- 1 tsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp (7 g) honey
- 50 g blueberries
- 50 g strawberries, sliced
Method
- Toast oats, almonds, sunflower seeds and honey on a tray at 180 °C for 8 min, stirring once.
- Cool slightly.
- In a glass, layer yogurt, granola and berries; repeat.
