Ingredients
- 1 medium green apple (~150 g), cored
- 50 g (~1½ cups) baby spinach
- ½ banana (~80 g)
- 150 g Greek yogurt
- thumb of ginger (~3 g)
- 200 ml unsweetened almond milk
Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth, 30–45 seconds.
- Serve immediately.
