Ingredients
- 500 g cooked brown lentils
- 500 g tomato sauce
- 40 g tomato paste
- 150 g carrot, finely diced
- 150 g onion, finely diced
- 4 cloves garlic
- 600 g cooked whole-wheat pasta
- 1½ tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano
- basil
- 20 g parmesan (optional)
- 3 g salt
Method
- Sauté onion, garlic, carrot in olive oil 6 min.
- Add tomato paste; cook 1 min. Add lentils, tomato sauce, oregano, basil and 200 ml water.
- Simmer 22 min until thick. Season.
- Toss with cooked whole-wheat pasta. Optional sprinkle of parmesan.
