Overnight Oats with Berries & Chia

Make-ahead oats with Greek yogurt, chia, and a top of mixed berries.

Ingredients

  • 40 g rolled oats
  • 120 g Greek yogurt
  • 120 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp (10 g) chia seeds
  • 50 g blueberries
  • 50 g strawberries, halved
  • 1 tsp (5 g) honey
  • 6 almonds (~7 g)

Method

  1. In a jar, combine oats, yogurt, milk, chia and a touch of honey.
  2. Stir well, seal, refrigerate at least 6 hours (or overnight).
  3. In the morning, top with berries and a few almonds.
