Ingredients
- 40 g rolled oats
- 120 g Greek yogurt
- 120 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp (10 g) chia seeds
- 50 g blueberries
- 50 g strawberries, halved
- 1 tsp (5 g) honey
- 6 almonds (~7 g)
Method
- In a jar, combine oats, yogurt, milk, chia and a touch of honey.
- Stir well, seal, refrigerate at least 6 hours (or overnight).
- In the morning, top with berries and a few almonds.
