Ingredients

  • 1 slice (50 g) whole-wheat bread
  • 1 tbsp (18 g) peanut butter
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • ½ tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey

Method

  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Spread peanut butter over the warm slice.
  3. Top with banana slices, chia and a drizzle of honey.
