280 g cooked salmon (2 fillets)

300 g cooked brown rice

250 g broccoli florets, steamed

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp maple syrup

2 tsp vinegar

1 tsp grated ginger

1 clove garlic

1 tsp sesame oil
Method
- Whisk soy sauce, maple syrup, vinegar, ginger and garlic.
- Sear salmon skin-down in sesame oil 4 min. Flip; pour in sauce; reduce 3 min.
- Steam broccoli 4 min.
- Plate salmon over rice with broccoli; spoon sauce over.
