Steamed edamame pods sprinkled with flaky salt.

Ingredients

  • 150 g shelled edamame (or 250 g in pod)
  • 1 g flaky salt

Method

  1. Boil or steam edamame 5 minutes.
  2. Drain; sprinkle with salt.
  3. Pop the beans out of the pods as you eat.
