Ingredients

120 g cooked chicken breast, sliced

150 g (~¾ cup) cooked brown rice

1 large egg, fried

40 g (~1½ cups) spinach

2 tsp (12 g) low-sodium soy sauce

¾ tsp (4 g) sesame oil
Method
- Warm the brown rice in a bowl.
- Heat the sesame oil in a pan; wilt the spinach for 1 minute and set on the rice.
- Add the chicken to the pan to warm, then nestle on the rice.
- Fry the egg to your liking and slide it on top.
- Drizzle with soy sauce and serve.
