Ingredients
- 800 g cooked pulled pork (from ~1 kg raw)
- 400 g cabbage, shredded
- 200 g onion, wedges
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp cider vinegar
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1½ tsp cumin
- 1½ tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 4 g salt
Method
- Rub pork with paprika, cumin, salt and chili powder.
- Place in slow cooker with onion, garlic and 200 ml apple cider vinegar + 200 ml water.
- Cook on low 4 hours. Shred with two forks; toss with juices.
- Mix cabbage with olive oil, vinegar, salt and a pinch of sugar; serve alongside.
