Ingredients

300 g firm tofu, drained

1 red bell pepper (120 g), diced

½ onion (80 g), diced

2 tsp (10 g) olive oil

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp cumin

handful of cilantro, chopped

1 g salt
Method
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Sauté onion and peppers 4 minutes.
- Crumble in tofu with your fingers. Add cumin, turmeric, salt and pepper.
- Cook 5 minutes, stirring, until tofu looks set and golden.
- Fold in cilantro at the end.
