Ingredients

90 g cooked chicken breast, finely chopped

½ cucumber (120 g), thick rounds

40 g (~3 tbsp) 2% Greek yogurt

½ tsp (1 g) paprika

Juice of ½ lime (~15 g)

1 tbsp (4 g) fresh cilantro
Method
- Finely chop the chicken and toss with paprika, lime juice and a little cilantro.
- Slice the cucumber into thick rounds.
- Top each round with a small spoon of Greek yogurt and the spiced chicken.
- Finish with a pinch more paprika and serve cold.
