Ingredients
- 280 g sliced cooked chicken
- 300 g red cabbage, shredded
- 100 g carrot, julienned
- 40 g red onion, sliced thin
- handful cilantro
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tsp olive oil
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1 g salt
Method
- Toss cabbage, carrot, red onion, cilantro with vinegar, olive oil, lime, hot sauce and salt.
- Top with sliced chicken.
- Let sit 5 minutes so the slaw softens slightly.
