600 g cooked lean ground turkey

1 can (320 g) black beans

1 can (320 g) kidney beans

1 can (320 g) pinto beans

500 g tomato sauce

200 g red pepper, diced

200 g onion, diced

4 cloves garlic

1 tbsp chili powder

2 tsp cumin

1 tsp paprika

1 tbsp olive oil

4 g salt

Method
- Brown turkey with onion, garlic and bell pepper in olive oil 8 min.
- Add chili powder, cumin and paprika; toast 30 seconds.
- Add tomato sauce, all three beans and 200 ml water. Simmer covered 20 min, uncovered 5 more.
- Adjust salt. Top bowls with cilantro.
