Ingredients
- 700 g (2 cans) tomato sauce
- 300 g cannellini, drained
- 150 g onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic
- 15 g fresh basil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 g salt
- black pepper
Method
- Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil 5 min.
- Add tomato sauce, beans, basil stems and 600 ml water. Simmer 20 min.
- Blend until smooth. Season with salt, pepper and torn basil leaves.
