Half an avocado scooped out and refilled with a yogurt-lemon tuna salad.

Ingredients

  • ½ avocado
  • 80 g tuna (½ can)
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • squeeze lemon
  • parsley
  • pepper

Method

  1. Halve avocado and pit it.
  2. Mix tuna with Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill (or parsley) and pepper.
  3. Spoon into the cavity.
