Ingredients
- 120 g cooked turkey breast, sliced
- 3 large romaine leaves
- ½ avocado, smashed
- 60 g tomato, sliced
- 60 g cucumber, sliced
- 15 g red onion, sliced thin
- squeeze lemon
- pinch salt
Method
- Smash avocado with a fork; season with salt and lemon.
- Lay out 3 large lettuce leaves; smear with avocado.
- Layer turkey, tomato, cucumber and red onion. Roll up and eat.
