Ingredients

90 g cooked turkey breast, thin slices

1 small red bell pepper (80 g), in strips

30 g (~2 tbsp) light cream cheese

A few grinds of black pepper
Method
- Cut the red pepper into wide strips.
- Spread a thin layer of light cream cheese on each turkey slice.
- Lay a pepper strip on the turkey, roll up, and secure with a toothpick.
- Season with black pepper and serve.
