Ingredients

280 g cooked lean turkey (from 350 g raw ground)

200 g broccoli florets

120 g red bell pepper, sliced

100 g snap peas (or frozen peas)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp grated ginger

1½ tsp (7 g) sesame oil

1½ tbsp (20 g) low-sodium soy sauce

300 g (~1½ cups) cooked brown rice
Method
- Heat sesame oil in a wok over medium-high.
- Add garlic and ginger; cook 30 seconds.
- Add turkey, breaking up with a spoon, until no pink remains (~5 min).
- Add broccoli, peppers and peas. Stir-fry 3–4 min.
- Pour in soy sauce. Toss. Serve over brown rice.
