Ingredients
- 2 slices whole-wheat bread
- 60 g hummus
- 80 g cucumber, sliced
- 80 g tomato, sliced
- ¼ avocado, sliced
- 15 g arugula
- pinch salt
Method
- Toast bread lightly.
- Spread hummus generously on two slices.
- Layer cucumber, tomato, arugula and avocado. Stack and slice diagonally.
