1 can (320 g) black beans

1 can (320 g) kidney beans

600 g tomato sauce

150 g corn

200 g red pepper, diced

200 g onion, diced

4 cloves garlic

1 tbsp chili powder

2 tsp cumin

1 tsp paprika

1 tbsp olive oil

4 g salt

Method
- Sauté onion, pepper, garlic in olive oil 6 min.
- Add chili powder, cumin, paprika; toast briefly.
- Add tomato sauce, beans, corn and 200 ml water. Simmer 18 min.
- Stir in cilantro at the end.
