Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp Dijon
- ½ tsp paprika
- pinch salt
- pepper
Method
- Hard-boil eggs 9 minutes; cool, peel, halve.
- Pop yolks into a bowl; mash with Greek yogurt, mustard, salt, pepper and a pinch of paprika.
- Spoon back into whites. Sprinkle more paprika on top.
