Greek Yogurt Deviled Eggs

Classic deviled eggs with Greek yogurt instead of mayo — same flavour, less fat.

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp Dijon
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • pinch salt
  • pepper

Method

  1. Hard-boil eggs 9 minutes; cool, peel, halve.
  2. Pop yolks into a bowl; mash with Greek yogurt, mustard, salt, pepper and a pinch of paprika.
  3. Spoon back into whites. Sprinkle more paprika on top.
