Ingredients
- 400 g cooked lean ground turkey
- 500 g zucchini, spiralized
- 400 g tomato sauce
- 100 g onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 10 g basil
- 2 g salt
Method
- Spiralize zucchini.
- Brown turkey with onion, garlic in olive oil 6 min.
- Add tomato sauce, oregano, basil and a pinch of chili. Simmer 8 min.
- Sauté zucchini noodles in a separate pan 2 minutes; pile into bowls.
- Ladle sauce over.
